Purchase order
Order confirmed in writing before production is scheduled.

Production
Cutting, honing and polishing to the confirmed specification at our own yard.

Pre-crating inspection
Visual and dimensional checks before crating — see technical data.

Crating and marking
Crates built and marked with contents against the packing list.

Loading and documents
Container stuffing and commercial and shipping documents finalised.

Sailing and delivery
Ocean transit to the nominated destination port, customs clearance, and onward delivery.
